Document workflows by industry
The reading is fast. Finding what disagrees is what costs you the week.
For the teams who assemble the packet before anyone can decide anything.

Document-heavy operations
Every one of these teams has the same afternoon
The packet is incomplete. The numbers nearly agree. The one person who knows which version controls is in a meeting until four. Nobody is stuck because the documents are hard to read — they are stuck because nothing has been reconciled yet, and reconciling is the part that eats the week.
Alembic does that part. It prepares the record — the fields, the checks, the source evidence, the exceptions — and hands your people a shorter, sharper list. The consequential calls stay exactly where they already are.
Fifty seconds
That afternoon, in fifty seconds
Nobody in this film is bad at their job. The packet just arrived late, the numbers nearly agree, and the person who knows which version controls has gone home. That is the afternoon Alembic is built for.
The Quick One — 50 seconds.

Which of these is your Tuesday?
None of those quite fit?
Then bring us the packet and the decision it feeds. Alembic is not four prepackaged vertical products — it is one platform, configured around the documents you actually receive and the call your team actually has to make. Talk to our team below and describe the process. If it does not fit, we will say so.
How it works
Arrive → prepare → reconcile → decide → hand off
- Documents arrive by upload, batch, portal, or API.
- The fields, tables, and checks you defined turn them into a reviewable record.
- What is missing, conflicting, uncertain, or uncited stays visible instead of being smoothed over.
- A person with the authority to make the call makes it.
- Only the approved scope moves to CSV, the REST API, a signed webhook, Google Sheets, or an HTTPS destination.
We would rather you measure than take our word for it
How to calculate your own baseline
Start with your own packet volume and the minutes actually spent preparing each one. Then test the review effort you expect to keep, with every assumption and cost on screen. We do not prefill a savings percentage, borrow an industry benchmark, or promise an outcome.
What stays human
- Alembic does not decide legal effect, accounting treatment, payment readiness, security risk, or procurement approval.
- Source evidence can be missing or uncertain — and when it is, the record says so.
- A named downstream system needs verified native support or an adapter you configure. We do not imply integrations we have not built.
Questions before you choose
Is Alembic a vertical system of record?
No, and it does not want to be. Alembic prepares the record and hands it off into the systems you already run. The terminology, fields, checks, profiles, and outcome labels are yours to set.
Can we see an example without customer data?
Yes. Every industry page walks through a labeled example built from coherent synthetic documents — including the part where something does not add up and a person has to decide.
What happens when a value cannot be traced to a source?
It stays uncited in the review state. Alembic will not manufacture a source relationship to make a record look clean.
