- Required-document and packet-completeness rules are set up for your contracts, projects, and jurisdiction. There is no built-in compliance ruleset.
- Results go to your Google Sheet, your own system or a CSV. Your project and accounting systems stay your systems of record.

Does a complete packet mean the pay application should be approved?
No. Complete means the required support is present, or its absence is visible. Entitlement, sufficiency, and payment release still belong to your project and finance roles.
Can the job match how our projects actually run?
Yes. Your words for the documents, the ones each milestone needs, the checks, and what counts as done are all yours to set, in sentences.
Can this feed our current systems?

Who gets the missing waiver?
